piranha questions

I've been very impressed with my Juvie Maculatus - he's already chargin' the glass @ maybe 3" - comes right up to the top eveytime the lid is opened lookin' for food. Barring loud noises and aggressive sudden movements - I don't really see this fish as being skittish. I find him much more enjoyable then the RBP and Rhom.
from most of the mac owners I've heard or read all said that they are happy with their macs' personalities.
you can try shoal macs but it's not as easy as shoaling pygos, it's possible but not every attempt will be successful. I've heard plenty stories started with a decent size shoal of baby macs and eventually down to just a few or some even just one.
if you'll be moving whatever you keep into a 125g in 3 months then I would say try to see if you can get a shoal of caribes, or if you can find a shoal of ternetzis.

well caribes are fairly expensive so i was thinking a rhom? but they dont look nearly the same as rbps and i dont want to tell people "oh thats a piranha" i want them to know lol can anyone tell me more about black piranhas or the other name rhom?
