Piranha Tankmates

Anyone know of any Interesting Tankmates that are compatable with 3 Red Belly Piranhas?

we have a female flowerhorn with ours her attutide makes the piranhas think she is more bad ass then them there for keeping the piranhas @ bay

I wish I had a dollar for every threaded question involving Piranha and Tankmates.
See yesterdays " Domestic Violence....Among Fish" post - Prime example of what usually happens. Also noticed that all thoose posters that are so proud of their cichlids or whatever living with their P's seem to disappear with their what was almost daily updates after a few weeks. Piranha don't play nice with other fish.

That wasn't an attempt to keep tankmates and i believe he put the convinct in with a serra?

I'd just advise the original poster to look at the sticky about tankmates. There's a few stories of success and alot of stories of failure. Do a lil research and make a judgement call for yourself.
