I once met a guy who taught his large comet feeder fish (12") to eat small comet feeder fish. It was the most ironic idiocy I have ever seen.
I like it!

hate it or love it the underfish is on top

i love the three red bellies we have and wish i could find a few more. unfortunately they are illeagal here in texas. we just lucked in to finding them in the first place.

yes they are very skittish, but they are beautiful and have such neat personalities.

love em! wish i had a couple more! :)

there pretty cool i guess there nature is to stay in a spot and swim in the current and move around the tank when hungry and course needs a place to rest

Veyr dull fish, in my opinion...I neither love nor hate them; to me, and this will probably bring the furies of hell down, but alas, to me, RBP, the only piranhas I have direct experience with, are suited to being display fish. They are not active fish, not particularly interesting fish; perhaps if one had a very large pool with several dozen, the intraspecies interactions would be something to watch. Otherwise...dull. I'd much rather watch the squabblings of shelldweller cichlids.

I like em just fine but I don't think I will ever own them, they honestly don't seem any better then any other tetra. The only one I would make an exception for is the back rhom. I think they are very nice looking and being loners is a pluse for me as well.
