I just returned from the Catfish Convention in Laurel Maryland and picked up 3 babies about 2 inches long for under $100 each at the Aquarium Center in Randelstown (near Baltimore). I still have my 9 year old who might be about 12 inches long.

Good luck with trying to find some Piraya, as far as i know nobody has them and, nobody is going to get some for a while:cry: You have better luck with getting Cariba, they also get pretty big.

nice one arapaimag.
a friend of mine and a member here bought a piraya on the shipment before mine and the last time i seen it it was huge around 11-12'', piraya are just impressive fish.
piraya are my favourite piranha and if i could set up a tank solely for piranha thats what i would buy again.
unfortunately i cant keep them with my RTG aro and dat LOL.

Here is my 12" he is in a 180.

good luck finding small piraya, its almost impossible...im even on other sites and its very tough to get them as a juvi. if your going to throw 3 in your 75 at a size of like 4" by a year they could be about 8-9". a 75 isnt the hugest space for a fish but just enough
