Pissing off my Orinos

Very cool. Where is he from. His fins look green and blue as opposed the the red/orange and blue fins from the orinos floating around
What color is he when he's asleep? I've been meaning to take a pic of my fish when they're asleep since I think they look kinda cool.
thanks guys. yeah that guy likes to chase my hand around 
not sure where he's from, but he is definitely different. he has no red coloration in his fins whatsoever, and his green is retarded bright. my opinion is that orinos with green/blue lower fins have much better colors than those with red fins.
havent really looked at them at night. they seem to spook easily last time i turned the lights on suddenly
