PISTOL SHRIMP VS MANTIS SHRIMP

I'll be the first to vote pistol shrimp. For some reason mantis have never done anything for me but I think pistol shrimp are pretty sweet.

But seriously watch the videos. A bubble the heat of the sun for the pistols!!! It's like throwing a mantis into the sun, then taking it out, dead.

Mantis create the same cavitation bubble with the force of the impact as well.

I vote Mantis. There is no doubt a Matis would come out on top. The mantis is a much more capable and inteligent animal. Some of these guys eat blue ring octopus.

I vote Mantis shrimp.....their clubs and the teeth of the raptoral claws are just wicked!

Pistol shrimp definitely pack a punch though, but I think Mantis are just more crafty.

I have heard stories of pistols killing mantis. I find this hard to believe. IMO the Mantis (smasher anyway) would win hands down...

Definitely mantises

I felt the force of my two wennerae smashing a plastic zip tie i was showing them and the hit is much stronger than u would expect. it makes a loud smacking sound and sends the force through your hand
