awww, its been deleted. i love the look of them and ive heard they are great with children. unforunately i cant have one as they are banned under a ridiculous and almost unenforcable law called the dangerous dogs act.

I believe that if a pitty is aggressive, it's the owners fault.
If you train them to be friendly, they will be friendly...
If the dog is taught to act a certain way - it will.
I would never blame a dog for being aggressive because it probably has trust issues from very poor ownership!
To put a label on any animal is just ridiculous, same goes for every animal, each has their own personality just like you and I!

i am a happy owner of a stolen/rescued pitbull, i stole him from a crack head here in ontario canada, as i seen him everyday for weeks tied outside in the middle of winter in -30 conditions, so one day i walked up to the guys yard and straight up took him home, i have owned pitbulls before, but this guy is my most prized possession he us a mix of amstaff and bluenose, i found out by reading the Lost dog flyers...lol, this dog was badly mal-nurished, you could see all his ribs, his hips had no muscle, and he was suffering from a very bad ear infection. i brought him to the vet and got him all the care he needed. when the old owner seen me walking him he came up and said that it was his dog, one of them wanna be gangstas, and walked away empty handed with a sore face and me with a beat up hand..lol. he weighed literally 35 pounds, and now ways a hefty 75 lean. his name is Duke, and he is illegal here ion ontario, but i have since then moved to the country to Blind River where know one including police think that the ban should have ever happend, just thought i would share my story
