Why post in the thread?

these animals are things some of us see as part of the family.

would you like it if you posted a pic of you wife or kids and you got a reply saying
"MAN YOU WIFE IS A MUT"?
or
"DAMN THAT IS ONE UGLY LITTLE $#!t"?

like i say why post in this thread? I think Gecko are ugly and a waist of space BUT in all of your thread there is not 1 post from me saying this!

I really couldn't give a rats ass what you thought about geckos. I have the right to post my opinion on this forum.

I also feel that pit bulls diserve their rep because, their nature is to be aggressive. Yes you may have your nice friendly dog, but I have heard many cases where someone has owned a pit bull and it was the sweetest dog until one day it just snapped. These dogs are vicious yes, I agree they become how they are raised. They can be raised to be aggressive attack dogs. And yes even labs can be trained to be aggressive but by nature I have NEVER seen an aggressive lab.

Just my 2 cents.
 
Oh and one last thing, my comment is in no way towards any of your pets. I understand that they might be loving animals and I respect that. I just have a beef with the species as a whole for growing up I witnessed a close friend of mine attacked by a pit bull. So sorry if my comment as effected anyone.

I just found out that the "little rascals" dog was a pit bull. I love these guys, have never had a bad experience with them. My uncle owns a little farm in brasil where he has 2 rottweilers, 3 doberman, a bunch of pitbulls, and countless other breedless dogs, and they are awesome! They formed a tight pack, and are in no way aggressive, unless they feel a family member is being threatened

I agree with evilyardgnome. Pits are dangerous dogs. Yes a little toy poodle is far more agressive, but you are in absolute denial of the truth if you think a pit is less dangerous then a toy poodle. Id rather walk into a room with 100 little yappy ass ankle biting toy poddles then one pit that I dont know. They are powerful animals and you must respect that.

Am I pit basher? Hell no! I love them. Im a pit owner basher...99% of pit owners are either thugs who treat their dogs like **** OR naive people who think their dog could do no wrong.

To own a pit...or any other large powerful dog an owner must always be aware of his dogs POTENTIAL to cause serious injury or even in many cases...death.
