I had a large Male and a large Female at one time and man these things consume so much food it's ridiculous, LOL. Gets expensive when your paying LFS prices for food.
Good Luck with him, those frogs eat as much as most people do. When there small there cute and all, when they get larger, I used to use mine as living garbage cans they'll eat anything, as long as it's moving. Mice, rat pups, fish, other frogs, dead lizards you wiggle in front of them, fingers, my thumb in most cases. Whenever I changed there tank, my thumb as I would go to pick them up would get eaten, or maybe the more appropriately put get swallowed and slimed. But there not as bad a Malaysian leaf frogs, now that Hurts!
