I was talking about the auto parts store wanting my #. I live to far out for pizza delivery.

Gotcha. I thought you meant you worked at a parts store or something, and they wanted your number when you ordered pizza from there lol. Yeah, then I can agree with you. But, they do use your info to look up parts for warranty if you don't have a reciept, at least the ones here anyway. There are uses for some info, but I agree, they don't need much.
