well my other tanks i have jagers too place horizontally but they don't get condensation in them.. just the 3 in my sump that's on the bottom of the sump and basement ground have this problem..

Are you sure it's condensation ? I am asking because Jaegers come lightly oiled inside, which might form droplets. According to Jaeger customer service, this does not impair function.

well with that much condensation or oil inside?? if so i should be able to run all three heater with 1 controller and split off to a power pack??
