Plan on adding discus need help?

I plan on adding discus with my arowana and Cory cats need advice on what to do with the tank like more plants or something else please be free to comment and help me

Your tank setup is fine for adding discus. Any domestically bred discus have never seen anything but bare bottom tanks and wild discus biotope only have driftwood, no plants

Just get them large enough do the arowana don't pick on them and at least 5-6 for a nice group.

Ok thanks I'm going to add an extra canister filter so I can over filter more or is that to much for my tank right now? "75 gal grow out for the arowana I have a 125 for later on from my old arowana"

Haha thanks but I love my arowana but I just hope the discus could be a great addition I talked to my lfs and he's bring me like 5 in on Wensday

IMO, mixing discus with an arowana is not a good idea.

3-4 inches and hes always hiding all day well stays at the bottom and nope and I see alot of people do it with discus all the time.. Even my local fish store has them with Arowanas

Some wilds would look real good in that set up! You shouldnt have any problems with keeping a arowo and discus as long as the discus isnt to small to beacome a snack.
