Loricariinae.com looks like a site for Loricariinae (the so-called 'whiptail-catfishes') and not Loricariidae as a whole. I don't quite remember what happened to loriicaridae.info but I do recall reading something of its closure?
L-welse is a decades-old mainstream site with great info that you sometimes cannot get elsewhere, including on the forum posts. Only minor inconvenience is it is strictly German. I second it as a good resource.
Catfish Codex is moreso oriented towards pictures over information, but it does offer a nice brief sp. summary that is accurate.
