Planning A 400 Gallon Corner Fiberglass Pond

We are considering a 400 gallon pond, would it work if it were a corner one? It will house 2 bichirs, 1 jardini and 1 clown knife, may add more.
 
The clown and jar would pretty much take all the swimming space. You would have o lenty of room on the bottom for buchirs and some cats.
