Planning for future tank

Errr, to the guy who suggested a 150g: no. 200-300? No. 300 minimum. They easily hit 2 feet in aquariums, a 150g absolutely is too small. You will want something at LEAST 30" wide and in my opinion 96" long. I'd be looking at a 96x30x24 if I were you.

I was thinking 96x36x24 (think that's eight by three by two,) but might up that to 96x48x24 if I have the space and money which is over 300 I think

Sorry to hear about your accident. I would get the tank made that way you can get the right foot print.

Is this your first time keeping saltwater fish? Definitely wouldn't recommend keeping any form of shark to a beginner, I suggest you check out some lionfish or morays if your interested in going predator.

Ok, I might start with the smaller tank with a puffer, trigger and eel then. Don't want to try lionfish as don't fancy being stung
