Only thing that has worked with my rtm is silver dollars at approx. Double the rtms size, still lost multiple dollars with the rtm at about 3" total length. Also, 75 won't work for long... not long at all
Planning on getting some RTM's soon... tankmates?

Piscivore its designed eat other fish. Welcome to the wonderful world of parachromis. Unless you have a big tank then tankmates will be killed at its choosing.
Thanks for the the replies guys! I may give giant danios a shot later on just to see what they will do. I did today pick up some zebra danios. I know they will not last in there but they were cheap, and my Motas are supposedly coming in around 1inch so I figured thatd be better than giants right away.
Pretty pointless to add dithers (punching bag fish) with any of the parachromis. I'm sure they're all pretty predatory so it's not just an aggression thing, that's what they do...
Mine killed 6 giant danios over night when he was 2 inches. Only thing I've noticed possible from my experience is other cichlids but in your case the tank probably won't allow it
I just got 5 rtm's I put 6 red eye tetras in last night and they were gone by morning.They were about half the size of the motas.I also put 4 convicts in the tank and there fine.I think the purpose of dithers in this tank is to maybe make the Motos less shy not dissipate aggression
I posted a similar ? And someone suggested the tetras,I find it hard to get much food through a group of giant danios.And if the ones you get are anything like mine you they will not be coming out when you come to feed
