plans for my pond filter

this is what i was thinking of making my filter like for my pond. what do you think of it. any comments about what i should do to fix will be apprecated.

oh yea its for a pond from 10x12x4-6deep to 20x20x4-6deep

How big will the filter be? I made basically the exact same setup for my 100 gallon pond.

6500g-12000g is quite a spread.

Your going to have to special order that many scrubbies . You may want to consider an alternative http://www.parish-supply.com/floorpad.htm can be used whole or cut up. Alway use a pre-filter and a drip plate if possible.

ok thanks i like the last one the best. i think i will go with somthing else like pvc or somthing cheap that will work. insted of using sevral 55gallon bins like that one guy did how would about 7-8 150gallon barrels work or should i have more?

If you've got the room, But I think 4 would be enough then. It may be a little difficult cleaning them.

Can you lay your hands on 150g barrels easily?

Definitely going to want to get commercial account to fill those.

i haven't beeen able to find them yet. i looked on ebay on google so many web sites the hightes i saw was 75gallon and they wern't the kind i need the were steel.
