My lights are on a timer and go on from 5-6am for feeding and 1-9pm. On weekends I'll leave them on all day if I'm home. Before timers they were on 5am - 9pm and results were about the same as with the less light.

Thank you I have all nocturnal fish soni may turn on my light from 7 am to 9-10pm Should that be ok
