They piped up that happens to me too with the pics. And nice tank, u have yours planted in soil? Here's how mine is after taking it out of the plastic pot. I put it closer to the window so it can get some sunlight. Would really like to see it get to that point.

Just had sand and pea gravel mix. Plenty of fish waste to feed the plants in that tank :)

If the roots were white when you unpotted it, it should be fine. Mine took like 3 months of doing nothing after I planted them before they started growing.

you might want to add root tabs near it , since not using ferts soil
 
Those crypts took about a year to get that way for me. Under decent lighting, ferts and co2 injection. Yours will do fine without. Just be patient. That's the hard part :)
