I need an ID on this stem plant, I couldn't find anything on line. Does someone know what it is?

That might be it, or it's very similar. The leaves on mine are a little but wider I think, but it might be a variation or emerged growth. Would it help if I get some more pics in the tank? Thank you for your reply

I believe you are correct about it being emerged growth, not sure on species.
