plant idea's for a 4' x 16' wide, 18' high

I would not put duckweed in your tank. It blocks the light for the other plants. I bought plants from someone on ebay and they infested my tank with duckweed. I net it out but the tiny bits must go through the net because it's back every week.

Also, with the Angels, I would keep them long enough for them to pair up and lay eggs. Once you have mated pairs get rid of the oddballs.

Thank you splant thats actually a good idea, I want to keep a breeding pair but didn't want to let the angels stay in too small of a tank. Also will one banana lily be alright if i chop the lilies off when they get to big? I'm basically just experimenting a the moment of which plants are working and which aren't. A few questions i have are.

what ferts do you guys use?
what food do you feed?
how do i clean substrate a tiny bit bigger then sand?

i do not dose co2 and don't really plan to either because the diy co2 i made only worked for 2 days then stopped and pressurized i cannot afford at this point in time.
