hornwort most likely wont' like 84-86 temps as its a bog plant, nor would water lettuce but you could try it.
 
Any particular reason that the tank is that hot? Levels of oxygen and especially carbon dioxide are very low in water that warm. I only put the temperature that high when I was treating ich.

Most of the time, (maybe) people refer to the temperate hornwort, Ceratophyllum DEmersum. My hypothesis is that Ceratophyllum SUBmersum, TROPICAL hornwort, would be able to survive a short period of time at that temperature.

Here's a list of plants that can survive very warm water. Of these, java fern and java moss are the easiest. There is a lot of others, like val, anubias, swords, and crypts. WoW! I am not endoursing this online store website, but it's categories are easy to use.
