What species is your large center plant. Also in your earlier pictures the plant to the left all lid up in the middle to upper column of the water. Thanks

R Reiner The middle one is Echinodorus Amazonicus and the one with all the clones shooting off is Echinodorus bleheri. I sold a few of the clones for my severum and planted the other 7 or 8

Did you use root fertilizer tabs for the swords?

The tank looks great! but I can see some issues forming. Severums love to eat plants. It will defenately make a dent in the planted portion. GTs like to dig so you might have to replant often. If you're looking to add anything else salvin's cichlids do well in planted tanks.

Thanks. The severum seems to be ok over the last few weeks but I'll keep an eye out. All of my plants have rocks at the base so I'm hoping that should take care of that should they start too but I havent seen any of them do so as of yet
