You should be fine with the action figure--I keep a Roanoa Zorro action figure in my swamp, cause he got lost.

The betta won't eat your plants. Maaaybe a betta would nip a them a bit if it was starving, but planted environments are ideal for them. So you know, if you feed it more than once a month or so you'll be fine.

I must say, for an artificially decorated tank, that doesnt look too bad... The volcano background is a nice touch and you can never go wrong with a T-Rex
