Do some poking around...I know that you can buy saltwater plants...some might have the ability to take the salinity down lower...I have no experience with plants in the "brackish" department though.
 
Some freshwater plants can adapt to brackish. I have heard vals and Java fern are both good choices for that. The only real brackish plants I have seen for sale are mangroves, which are shrubs/trees and need large tanks and lots of trimming. There are other plants, such as turtle grass, that grow in brackish conditions in the wild, but you may have trouble finding them for sale.
