Thanks! It took a while to figure out the aquascape, but for now it's working out nicely.

The bottom will look so nice when it is covered in the carpet of that plant.

Thanks! I actually have considered having a 10 gallon shrimp exclusive tank myself. I'd really love to have a crystal red breeding tank. My favorite shrimp are the blue tiger shrimp, but they're pretty much impossible to find.

You would have to look up what the ratio is from the amount in the cap to mL's, but the bottle's I'm using are the 100mL and 250mL sizes.

The only thing I didn't include is when I change my c02 bottles, which I alternate changing once every two weeks. That, and I'm trying purigen in place of carbon right now - (note* so far haven't found it to do anything special). Every now and again, I also have to do an algae scrub, but recently have not.

Thanks! I'm going to have to shift the plants around to break up the gourami's territory....but he can be a real pain the the butt sometimes, going after the tetra sometimes!!!

Just for those of you wondering, I figured I'd give a quick update on the tank...

First of all, have been treating for ich the past 10 days. If you've never dealt with it before, it's very easy to get rid of by increasing the water temperature.

Secondly, I just received my new Current USA 2x40w sunpaq bulb, light fixture. It really evenly lights the tank and the fish look great under it. Plus, I love the lunar light at night. Overall, a solidly built and performing light fixture so far.

I'll make sure to post some pics when I get a chance. =)
