Planted tank lighting

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
It doesn't hook up to anything bro... And no, it won't replace any of your filters. All you gotta do is pull it out of the box, assemble it, stick it to the tank glass, then plug it in. It has a built-in motor that moves the water over the UV lamp inside & sends it back into the tank.

cool thanks, but i heard from soem 1 on here not to use UV steralizers in a planted tank?

Everyone has their own opinions, experiences & methods. I promise I wont be offended if you pass on getting the UV. You should read through those threads & do some google-ing so you can make an informed decision for your tank.

Green Killing Machine...

Siamese Algae Eaters are good in groups, but stay away from Chinese Algae Eaters--they eat slime coat & get pretty big.

The Green Killing Machine is one of the absolute best tank additions ever. Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic and worth every penny.

The SAE's will, in fact, eat BBA. Put them in the tank. Do not feed them till the BBA is gone.
