There is some missing piece to the puzzle. Try using a hardy fish like a con or betta. If even they die, then I'd suspect some heavy metal.

Got 4 cons about 2 weeks or so ago.And theres eggs in the tank surprise lol

How long has the tank been setup for??
try and lay off flora gro, a buddy of mine used it before and had fish problems, but this is just an assumption here that the flora gro has something to do with it here..
