awesome T, glad to see you're still finding some fish. This has been my least productive fishing summer in years.. waitin on that fall saltwater bite for sure
Thanks boss !! Yeah fishing has been very tough this summer, ill say since the third week of July the water has been been over 85 and it has put the bass in a very slugglish mood, on top of the bait fish supply is at all time high but ha it still beats working !!!
Fall feed will be here shortly, sadly tho I wont be able to really go hard this year........
Fish landed-5
Well its been a well since I had time or effort to go night fishing but Dennis and I were on the water at 7:20. It was nothing popping at all and the ice wasnt broken until 9:22 where I landed a 3.2 ! After that I was able to land a small one but from there it went dead. It was so slow Dennis old behind tried to take a nap(pic) around 3:31 but that didnt last long cause at 3:36 I landed a 3.5 ! Shortly after that Dennis was able to get the shunk off his back by landing one on the "spinny" but once again it went dead. In the remaining time in the dark it wasnt anything popping but once the sun came up I was able to land a crappie and a small bass on the "jiggy jig" before calling it quits......
Another slow outting but I still love it !!!!

Even though fishing is slow right now I couldnt but help myself to a 6-4pm boat trip out to the "amazon" on Labor day ! Yet again it was a slow day on the water but I still managed some bites. My first piece of action came in the form of a bluegill that thought my popper was good enough to bite on. Dennis went up two to one by landing one on the crank bait an one on the "buzzy". After a long period of no action I couldnt take it nomore so I went to the bottom with a double curley tail havoc bait and WHAT you know I went on to bang one two pounder(2.0 on the dot), another nice bass and very nice CP in the same spot we had been fishing for awhile. After that quick rush was over Dennis landed two on the "Jiggy jig" and also I landed two on the "Jiggy jig" then last but not least I finished the day with a "buzzy" fish !!!
Not great by any means but I still enjoyed it !!!!

9-12 was a quick stop at Bakers basin were I banged one on the chatter bait.......
9-16 was a four hour boat trip with the family to Gropps Lake where I banged two small bass and one small CP........
9-20(today) was a two and half trip out to one of my customer's private pond. It started out like a ball of fire with me catching 3 bass on my first four cast with the chatter bait. After that it went dead but I managed one more on a baby-minus........
Nothing major but I still enjoyed it
