Oh you guys! I envy you so much! I barely get out to fish anymore :'( I dont' think I've caught any more than 15 if that this year. But I must say I caught the biggest channel cat I've ever caught 
not huge at all but still nice. Didn't measure or weigh it because I caught it on a trebel hook and couldn't get it out for the longest time so I got it back into the water as fast as possible.
I was so excited I forgot how to hold it right lol... sorry it's all dirty!

Soon after Dennis landed his first, then it went down hill for him for about 20 minutes, due to him getting a hook in his finger on that first catch. As he was trying to get in it out on his own for about 10 minutes I banged four more in that time. Once the hook was out we fished on ! Before the sun went down around 9pm I had 7 with one being a 2.4 and the rest were just the average size for the lake that is 14-16"s, but at 9:08 BAM by way of a popper bite in the dark I fought with a very nice 3.9 
!!!! 11 on the "popper", 3 on a "1.5", 4 on the "jiggy jig", and 14 on the chatter bait. FWI-three biggest came by way of the popper......
