It looks like a green sunfish to me

The mouth isn't large enough to be a green sunfish. Plus the color is off for a green sunfish.

looks more like a jewel cichlid to me.
i might be wrong but just my guess. looks really similar to mine.

The first picture makes it look like a turquoise jewel while the second makes it look like a female JD. Either way, it is definitely not a GT. I would like to see a cleaner picture of it though.
