I have never heard of fertilizers containing copper, but certainly, algicides and a lot of meds contain it.

Flourish by Seachem contains copper sulfate. I noticed that after my shrimp all changed color and started dying after using the product.

That sucks, sorry to hear! Invertebrates are extremely sensitive to copper tox. The other day, I read the ingredients in cichlid food. Many brands add copper sulfate What the heck is that for?!
