What about anubius? I was looking at java moss too, anyone know anything about these?

Anubias is awesome lower light plant. So is java moss. Java moss is a lower temp plant as well. Other plants are from yhr hygro families like Hygro difformis, hygro augnstfolia, hygro corymbosa. Amazon sword is another. I could list you about another 20 or so plants

you should look into banana plants they are hardy and have pads that will grow to the top of the tank, or you could let them just float around the tank.

Banana plants are cool. They do have a growth cycle. They actually do best when they can establish their roots. The banana growths that you buy the plants with deteriorate and are consumed by the plant as nutrients.

Personally if your looking for a lilly based plant like that, I'd recommend the red tiger lotus. Very awesome plant. Ive got several. There are some other red plants that can be grown in lower light.
