If you see clearly, you can see some faint markings on it's body. Anyway, if you're a bichir pro, you should be able to notice that it has 8 finlets way before the anal fin, so you should be able to conclude that it has at least 12 finlets, way too many for a senegal bichir.

Try putting it on a dark substrates if the color changes and the patterns shows. I've regular endli that looks like that in a light environment. It kinda hard to see in the vid but the pics show it got some faint patterns so I'm guessing it a regular endli that have been bleach out to fool buyer so they can get lots of money.

Here is a pic of a regular endli on a white sand. (Not a plat) This is my friend's endli BTW.
