Here is the single gold fry from the Gold x BG spawn.

Here are the fry that I stripped a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing any that will look like a platinum. I really need an EB female to breed with one of these Gold males --- unfortunately, I think I culled my EBs too aggressively and don't have any breeding EB females --- ARGH.

Updated photo of the Solo Gold: it's about 2 inches now. I hope to spawn it to one of my blues once I determine this one's gender.

Here is an update on that single gold from my Gold x Blue Gene spawn ... getting larger, I still don't know the sex.



I also finally grew out a EB female to pair with a Gold Male. Took forever and a half. They had a spawn in one of the caves, but it only had about 20 eggs. I'm hoping that they'll spawn again in a month or so ... and I'll be able to strip a worthy batch of fry. (not a great pic, sorry -- they wouldn't cooperate with me this eve - out of 30+ pics)
