The likely hood of it turning out like any other jard is high and the price is very high for what could be a in effect a non descript fish. i would save your money and not purchase it.
if you want high quality arrowana's then go to a specialist breeder/importer and deal with them. you can get good quality fish at decent prices.
 
Will post close up pics when i bring my camera this weekend. Im not sure how they are supposed to look, but his guy had a very metallic silver to him. wasnt considering buying since 9000 dollars is out of my price range..lol. This particular store is acutally very knowledgable and has a standing reputation in the area so normally im not quick to question them. still a very beatiful specimen, platty or not.
