Basically you need to have a large enough tank..... Big enough and just about anything can be done.... I would find it hard to do it in a smaller tank...., especially with really nice expensive rays.... just my2cents...

My tank is bigger then they reccomend, so should be okay with large rays. Now only the pup question remains...
