hes not so small nor big 4-5" but he completely freak out when he see me approaching the tank x.x

The way they are seeming to become scarce these days, I'd definitely hold on to him for a while! Maybe he'll eventually get used to you...I had an aro that was like that so I started spending as much time as possible right up on the tank and he eventually got used to me and has chilled out now.

I'd say keep the NGT. They are getting scarce nowadays and the prices just sky-rocketed.
