I just sent them an e-mail also. I didnt use any names at all and I kept it civil and gave him a tid bit of advice on responsibility, business and customer service....
 
did he pay with credit card? can always dispute as product not recieved or order canceled with the credit card company. i know this because i work for one....
 
I dont think he is going to e-mail back, I have AOL so I can check the satus, when it was recieved, opened etc he read mine awhile ago and no reply back.

Dropped an E-mail pointing out that in such a casea business owner is responsible for the money stolen by his employee.
 
Hire a lawyer in the area and take him to small claims court...the amount is small enough and you should be able to cover most of the legal fees for the local lawyer....
