PLEASE CAN ANY ONE TELL ME THE TYPE OF RAY THIS IS

He was aquired by accident when he arrived in an import of fish i know he is a fresh water whiptail but could anybody please tell me what sort so i can get a rough idea on the size he is going to make as i realise most whip tails get very big quite quickly appart from that he seems to have settled in very well and is quite a character

it came in an import from thai land that is why im hoping its not a giant ray but some one has said to me they have never seen a young giant with spots

i have checked the list of fish the place in thailand do and there are no rays on it for sale hmmmmmmmm
