Yes I'm more than prepared for him. He's nice. Does he eat anything you toss in?
He eats mostly Hikari sinking pellets, Fluker algae wafers and I'm pretty sure it eats veggie scraps from feeding the plecos. It almost never comes out to feed with the lights on and prefers to hang upside down under some driftwood until the lights kick off. I usually feed using the night vision on my Web cam. It cruises around like a shark in the dark. It's put on a few inches since that pic, probably around 15" now.

Probably about 18 months in my tank, it was about 3" when I got it.
www.aquascapeonline.com has pictures of a catfish just like yours, and it is labeled as a granulated catfish. That's probably what you have.
