I say we sign a petition for him to get a refund...I don't see how that will make the vendor get a refund, but we could easily tarnish his/her name if he told us.
I think the vendor should be grateful that he DIDN'T say their name. He could have easily just stated who sold him such a sorry excuse for a ray. I think giving him his $100 dollars back would be much better than losing everyone's business in the future.
Just a thought if the vendor REFUSES your ask for a refund, release his/her name.
That is just abysmal.
