PLEASE GIVE ME FEEDBACK ON THIS RAY

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
wowie, i dont know nothing about rays obivously, i never owned one, but i was about to say i like its spots and all but i think it needs to be a bit thicker, looks like a very thin pancake. i guess it is bad when some one who knows nothing about them thinking it looks a bit on deaths side. i have bought many a fish like this before, eiter extremely malnurished or life threating deformaties, knowin that they prolly wouldnt live but let them have peace while they were trying, and had soem that lasted several years. this will be easy process though and should have good recovery if you get that guy eating well. Good luck

I don't know whats going on with this but sometimes creatures just don't do well...even hard-wired pets like fish... but i really hope this turn out ok.

I'm having a hard time believing it

I have purchased a few neglected fish in the past (specifically my del and lapradei) but the vendor has always acknowledged the condition and settled for a lower price, with full disclosure.

I agree, let's keep the discussion focussed on the animals health!

lets see some updated pics of ray

ok i'll take some. the ray is in a 10 gallon tank so it doesn't have to search for it's food. what i have observed is that rays are like grazing creatures and they seem to eat constantly. the sunken in part on the top of the head has started to fill in not the crater between the eyes. i'll post pics in a few.
