huh, when i first read this thread i felt a little bad FRP but now after these recent comments, i feel nothing but dissapointment. I would have thought that as a buissness person you would realize that it while you may think that you have a good reason for something, your opinion isnt important, the only opinions that are important are your customers; and anyone that reads this thread will see that you lack the intellegence to realize you did a terrible thing. It pains me to see how the fish hobby is in other areas. I would have hoped that because we are all a little bit crazy we would come together with our common interest. But I guess that really was just a hope.

rook try soaking some freeze dried krill in with the black worms i have done this with sucess to get rays onto it...

I guess it is a good thing Rook is SUCH a good sport and did ask for a refund... it's pretty clear he would not have recieved one!
To me this situation compares with this:
Buying a car with a bad transmission unknowingly. Findng out and getting the car repaired. Then having the seller say, "see the car was fine it's running isn't it?"
