i would give her at least another month of firm recovery and weight gain until adding tankmates.

after her tail fattens up and she is punding a better variety of food i would consider tank mates.... she has been through hell give her a lil more recoop time

Rays are social animals, if you have a ray that is the same size and that is eating good and has a mild tempre. I would add it, actually, she might even do better still. But I would give it at least a week before you add the other ray.

only thing that bothers me there is i the other rays are more agressive at feeding time they could stress this one and out compete it for food....
