In the meantime feed them very very little if they are eating. That's a lot of BPs for a 45. I have 6 in my 60 and do weekly water changes, granted mine are large.

Silly question, but do you have an air pump in there? If not, add one. If you already have one in there it wouldn't hurt to add another to help them get some oxygen.

Yeah check your tap water. NYC water dept. may be using chloramine to shock water. That's a combination of chlorine and ammonia.

I checked the tap water and ammonia was 0. Been changing water 50% now I am down to 5 parrots.
