Please help betta asap!

My betta has been doing fine in my tank for a week or so but last night he and the d. gourami got into it and the betta got torn up pretty bad. he has hardly any tail and his face has white around it....
i dosed with some liquid fert yesterday too and one of my mollys got the same white looking stuff on tail and died. i have the betta in a very makeshift hospital cup with a tiny bit of salt and i have the temp at 84.8 am. anything else i can do, please help!
ill try and get pix but my camera is horrible.

Hmm. If and when he recovers I would buy him his own little tank with a sponge filter. But I would try and get pics as it would help us help you.

The white part is most likely Flexibacter columnaris. Have you read that one?
