since they are not harmful I wouldn't worry too much about them. Basically, keeping up with clean water (water changes) and not overfeeding will reduce the numbers to be hardly noticeable.

I know they very harmful when breeding they eat laid eggs . Is that true? If so I need to get rid of them. Im getting two flowerhorns
