Try cleaning the glass too, my Trimac used to get that Same eye condition I thought it was from him always attacking the glass and fiercely rubbing his face swimming up against the glass ,he still does it you can see his eye compressing flattening out on the glass, I thought it was fungal sort of like athletes feet, like they said a WC and some salt is a pretty wise choice for milder more natural treatment, meds second, he will be ok. It doesn't seem to bother him anymore he still my craziest fish in the house! Then again Trimacs are just crazy anyway apple (flowerhorns)don't fall far from the tree.
