thats so sad..so fast..not even enough time to medicate.. he must have been injured... so sorry you lost him..he was a pretty fish..
aww thanx Liz, ya he was really nice it all happened with less than 24 hrs. Im going to medicate the tank soon , the husband went to go get the tetracycline.

Thats good..but so sorry.. i lost a few through the years with cloudy eye... but most are treatable.. i usually put the fish in a 10 gal quarenteen tank and medicate ... most likely the rest of your fish are fine but smart to not take any chances.. maybe do a partial water change before adding med..if the fish died in water and you did not do water change after you found it..
Yea I just use tetracycline when I dont know what to do 
We just lost an electric blue due to some unknown something. He was fine in our 75 then like a day later he was gettin picked on and was all fin-rot bacterial infectioned out, took him out died like 2 days later. Still dont know what went wrong. Sorry to hear ur situation and sorry I couldnt be more helpful
